(Sacramento) - Responding to Governor Brown’s State of the State Address, Assemblymember Jim Wood (D-Healdsburg) discussed the importance of expanding access to healthcare. “We need to do more to cover the rest of the uncovered in California,” Assemblymember Wood said. “We have made great gains; we went from 17 percent uninsured to 7 percent.
